(you could even go with web drones if you like blowing things up with big nasty cannons  )
With my current skills this baby boosts for approx. 513.5 shield hp every 3.2 seconds...
Its all sustainable forever...
And yes, i know faction mods are expensive... but you'll be making this back fast.
If you used a normal Large Shield Booster II, you'd end up with approx. 395 shield hp every 4 seconds..
Tank would be even better if i could afford X-type booster

this setup was ment for people not being raven *****s...
most people fit XL boosters to tank larger amounts of damage, and yes.. you could do that here too.. but you will need to use it manually or fit cap boosters to keep it going... With this setup you're tanking like 2xLARII, which is enough on most missions, with no need for cap boosters.
Keep in mind that this is a minmatar ship.. We have generally weaker tanks than every other race out there...

I was running L4's with a medium booster... that worked too... but this tank is much better... you can go afk too if thats necessary without having to worry about dieing...

I use 5x 1400's and 3x cruise. Also use light drones instead of heavies.
While super thank is nice I get by quite nicely with a T2 extra large booster, cap booster and 4 mission specific hardners. Rigs have 3x core defense purgers
I use 1200mm and AC's too if needed. My drones also vary.
Also, my tank can run forever... once you're out of booster charges yours cant =P
I also have 1 rig i can change, depending on which mission im at. dmg, tracking, boost cycle, boost activation cost... whatever..
